Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. and payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., both of which operate under their own terms of service.

Promotional discounts and sale prices are valid only during the stated promotional period. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrectly listed prices due to technical errors.

Taxes and import duties

Prices shown do not include import duties, customs taxes, or VAT that may be applicable in your country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not paid or reimbursed by ShineGasPro.

Orders and payment

Order confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order — it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order after confirmation in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. using PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. The charge on your bank statement will appear as SHINEGASPRO.COM or FISHING GEAR STORE.

Order accuracy

You agree to provide accurate billing information, including your name, address, and payment details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation and may be reported to relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 7–18 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order at any time via the "Track your order" page on our website.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

30-Day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@shinegaspro.com within 30 days to initiate a return.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original or reasonable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or damage not caused by a product defect

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

Chargebacks and disputes

We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered fraud, particularly in cases where the goods were delivered as described. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to relevant authorities. We encourage all customers to contact us first — we will always work to find a fair resolution.

Product safety and liability

ShineGasPro adapters are designed exclusively for use with standard 1LB propane cylinders (Coleman-type) and 5–20LB propane tanks using a standard QCC-1 valve. They are not designed for use with any other gas type or connection standard.

By purchasing this product, you confirm that:

• You are aware of the safe handling requirements for propane gas
• You will use the product only as intended and described
• You have checked that refilling propane cylinders is permitted under the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction
• You accept full responsibility for safe use of the product

Fishing Gear Store Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, improper installation, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or these terms.
